• 3–4 high-intensity practices per week (1–1.5 hours each, depending on the team)
• Regular participation in official Brooklyn and NYC youth soccer leagues, with competitive weekend matches
• Attendance at tournaments, including events held in other states, providing broader competitive experience
• Advanced technical, tactical, and physical training led by experienced academy coaches
