Age Groups

Grouped by age — and by level

Every group is formed by a child's age and stage of development. Where it helps a child grow, we may place them with a slightly older or younger group for the best learning environment. Boys and girls train together in the same program.

A Typical Class

How a session flows

Every class is built around a single technical theme, with the right mix of drills, decision-making and real game play to make it stick.

Start
Warm-up
Movement, coordination and ball work to get bodies and minds ready to train.
Block 1
Technical Drills
Focused work on the week's theme — dribbling, first touch, passing or finishing.
Block 2
Game Situations
1v1 duels, decision-making and small-sided play that apply the skill under pressure.
Finish
Mini-Matches
Putting it all together in games — the part the kids look forward to most.
Two-week training cycle
The Two-Week Cycle

A theme that builds over two weeks

Our training runs on two-week microcycles. Each cycle is dedicated to one development theme, so players have time to truly learn a skill before moving on.

  • Week 1 — Introduce & build: the theme is taught and drilled through technical exercises and guided game situations.
  • Week 2 — Apply & compete: players use the skill under pressure in 1v1s, small-sided games and mini-matches.

Across the season, players progress through dribbling, first touch, passing, finishing, 1v1 play, decision-making, coordination, speed and agility.

Why We're Different

Built for real, lasting progress

Small groups

We keep an optimal player-to-coach ratio so every child gets attention and plenty of touches on the ball. Extra coaches are added when needed.

Licensed coaches

Experienced, licensed coaches lead every session and track each player's progress over the season.

Progression system

A structured two-week development cycle moves players steadily from fundamentals toward competitive-ready football.

Class Questions & Answers

Can my child start with no experience?

plus

Absolutely. Most of our programs are built for beginners. That's exactly what the Evaluation Lesson is for — we'll find the group that fits your child best.

Is the Evaluation Lesson really free?

plus

Yes. The Evaluation Lesson is free if your child doesn't enroll afterward. If they do enroll, that session simply counts as the first class of their package, since they take part in a full training.

Can we join in the middle of the season?

plus

Yes. Enrollment for most programs is open year-round whenever there's space in a group.

What should my child wear and bring?

plus

For the Evaluation Lesson, comfortable sportswear, athletic shoes and a water bottle are all that's needed. For regular classes, bring a water bottle, sportswear, turf soccer shoes, shin guards — and a good attitude. No uniform is required for the first lesson.

Can boys and girls train together?

plus

Yes. Boys and girls train together and follow the same training program.

What happens if my child misses a class?

plus

Attendance and make-up options are reviewed individually by our team, depending on your circumstances. Just reach out and we'll work it out with your family.
